Multi-Datacenters

Geographical availability of data in 3 countries

USA = Latency 45 ms

CANADA = Latency 90 ms

COLOMBIA = Latency 5ms

Multi Datacenters for Business Continuity

Data availability zones include: Bogotá, Miami, Dallas, New York, Santa Clara, Montreal
In critical mission services, it is necessary to have different areas of geographical availability and in different regions for replication to the Alternate Datacenter. This geographical flexibility allows the Client to comply with local regulations and for reasons of business continuity or redundancy plans.

Data Center, Network and Redundancy Certifications

Datacenter certifications: For the tranquility of the clients, the infrastructure Hosting Redis installed in SOC 2, SSAE 16, PCI/DSS, LEED certified datacenters in COLOMBIA, USA and CANADA. All these Datacenters are prepared for Critical Mission and therefore they have been carefully selected to be able to guarantee the fulfillment of regulations and to maintain high standards of quality and security.

Depending on the level of service the Customer chooses. There are 3 speeds available
1. 1 Gigabps External + 10Gbps Internal
2. 300 MBps External + 1 Gigabit Internal
3. 100 MbpsExternal + 1 Gigabit Internal

BOGOTA COLOMBIA - LATENCE 5 ms
MIAMI - FLORIDA - LATENCE 45 ms
CANADA - LATENCE 98 ms

NETWORK AVAILABILITY

REDUNDANCY OF SOLUTIONS: it Hosting Redhas double redundancy both in the public network and in the internal network eliminating all the single points of failure by means of multipath technologies and quadrupling of switches.
DATACENTER CONNECTIVITY REDUNDANCY: It is maintained by means of redundant links in the United States and Canada connected to multiple suppliers: MCI, Savvis, AT&T, Cogeco and Peer1 that guarantee the operation in several entry points. In the event of failure of any supplier, the connection service is restored instantly through the next available one. The operation in the network is 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and the access to the Internet is made through optical fiber.

What is a DataCenter?
The DataCenter's are special facilities conditioned to store information and server equipment. They are equipped to guarantee availability, reliability, efficiency and security. All facilities are monitored by biometric devices, internal cameras, external cameras and software for security management.

Natural Disasters

In the corresponding geographies the Datacenters establish the security measures according to the predominance in each country of the occurrence of specific natural phenomena. Where applicable, Data Center facilities were designed with the latest technology to protect against grade 8.0 earthquakes and 5.0 hurricanes.

Anti-Fire System
Intelligent detection system in three separate volumes: Under the technical floor, equipment area and above the ceiling, detectors distributed in the three volumes, audio evacuation system, intelligent ionization detector, flooding extinction system based on ecological gas FM200

climate3Ambient air conditioning systems
The Datacenters carry out the conditioning of the critical areas, according to the needs of each Data Center, with air injection under the floor. These Air Conditioning units operate independently, each one of them fed separately to prevent simultaneous failures.

climate21Electric power
Uninterrupted service of the electrical supply. These systems have an automatic monitoring module that provides uninterrupted power to both AC and DC equipment. Any of the DataCenter's where your solution is located has a wide centralized bank of UPS units (Uninterrupted Power System) that are activated in case of a power failure and in a synchronized way with the generators.
